This theory stems from The Tower video showing a cloud of nanites pushing Bishop 6 back while talking to him. It is reinforced by the numerous instances of "premonition" in Consortium. Someone had to have very detailed incites which interdimensional Henry could obtain from observing failed timelines and then tug on instanced Henry's strings to give him a strong feeling to do something about it. This leads to Bishop 8 having an accident, getting dismissed, and Bishop 6 replacing him on December 21, 2042. Interdimensional Henry's presumed goal is to stop the cycle of destruction and the means to execute that is recruiting the Seeker to resolve the situation at The Tower.
